Experience Includes:
- Lender representation regarding commercial creditors’ rights and commercial litigation covering various aspects of debt recovery, including recovery on guarantees and work-out agreements, litigation, provisional remedies (such as receiverships, attachments and claim and delivery) and post-judgment enforcement.
- Collection on defaulted, unsecured business loans, including recovery through writs of attachment on available assets.
- Disputes concerning the value of loans sold and demands made for repurchase including loan origination issues and defending lenders when the claim is the lender knew the loan would go bad.
