Timothy C. Keng


Tim’s practice focuses on commercial insurers, financial institutions, title insurers and their insureds, and landlord/tenant issues. Tim has broad experience advising real estate clients on formal litigation matters, as well as effectively and efficiently negotiating settlements and dismissals. Tim also advises clients regarding transactional real estate and business matters and drafts real estate and business agreements.

Tim received his law degree from University of California, Hastings in 2015 and was the senior editor for Hastings Business Law Journal. Tim also received the CALI Award in Civil Procedure while at Hastings. Prior to attending laws school, Tim attended Columbia University receiving his master of public health in health policy and Management in 2010, specializing in quantitative research and analysis. Tim received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Irvine in 2007, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s of arts in Criminology, Law, and Society.

Tim is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.

Tim currently resides in Foster City with his wife.
